Monitoring

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring results. Previously uploaded assets should be available within the asset bank. Newly uploaded assets should display correctly within the asset bank post upload.

Identified

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented. The uploads are successful and stored within our system. Please do not re-upload the assets as that will cause duplicates in your system.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing issues with uploading on the services in the Global region.
It might happen to portals in this region that uploads are successful but are not displayed in the Asset bank. We are working hard on the solution of this problem and will keep you updated on the progress.
