The issue surrounding delays for uploaded assets appearing in the asset bank has been resolved. We will continue to monitor this situation.

There are still ongoing issues related to displaying of thumbnails for certain customers due to the ongoing AWS incident. Our team is still looking into this with AWS at this time.

Update

We are currently experiencing delays in newly uploaded assets displaying within portals. Our team is currently investigating this.

Thumbnails for existing assets may also not display due to the ongoing AWS incident. AWS is already seeing improvement after releasing some mitigations. Our team continues to monitor the situation.

The issue of Assets being delayed in appearing in the Asset Bank has been resolved.

Monitoring

At 9 am CET we noticed degraded performance with multiple services for the Bynder Global Region.

At 11:30 am CET we noticed the service started recovering and service should start working as expected again.

Customer may notice delays in Assets being appearing in the Asset Bank.

We continue to monitor the issue and will share further updates as they are available.
