Users with portals in the Global region, might have experienced issues with downloading. We have identified and solved the issue. The issue occurred between 12:25 and 15:31 CEST. All services are working again as they should be.

We are currently experiencing issues with downloading on the services in the Global region. It might happen to portals in this region that Assets can't be downloaded in batches of 2 or more. We are working hard on the solution of this problem and will keep you updated on the progress.
