Degraded performance – Clipping paths and metadata on download
We are experiencing an issue with clipping path extraction and with writing metadata to files at download. As a result, clipping path extraction is currently unavailable, and downloads that include embedded metadata may fail or be delayed. All other functionality is operating normally.

We are continuing to work on this issue. During this time uploads may become stuck and may not upload to US-only portals.
Identified
We have identified the cause of the issue. Metadata extraction for uploads on US-only portals is currently not working.

We are investigating an issue involving part of our production environment. We are working to establish its scope and whether it has affected customer-facing services. We will provide further updates as we confirm more information.
