Investigating

We are aware of an issue affecting multiple portals where you may be unable to import Designs from PSD, InDesign, or Figma. Although the files can be uploaded successfully, Design creation fails with the error: “Asset could not be processed, please check your portal permissions.”

Our technical teams are investigating the issue and working to resolve it as soon as possible.
